1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

• "Card Smith Pro" refers to the business operating under the Card Smith Pro name and providing access card duplication and related services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• "Services" refers to access card duplication, programming, supply, compatibility assessment and related services offered by Card Smith Pro.
• "User", "You" or "Your" refers to any individual, customer, business, property representative or entity requesting or using our services.
• "Access Card" refers to a physical or electronic access card, RFID card, NFC card, key fob, parking card, UHF/long-range credential, parking tag or other compatible access-control device.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use our services.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, building rules, property policies, employer requirements and access-control requirements.

3. Access Card Duplication

3.1 Customer Authorization

By submitting an access card, key fob, parking card, remote or other access-control device for duplication or programming, you confirm that you are the lawful owner, authorized user, property occupant, business representative, or otherwise have appropriate permission from the rightful owner or controlling authority.

3.2 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your request complies with the rules and requirements of the property, building management, employer, parking operator or other relevant authority.

Card Smith Pro does not guarantee that every access card, credential, key fob, parking tag, UHF device or remote can be duplicated or programmed.

3.3 Compatibility

Compatibility depends on the technology, security configuration, access-control system and physical characteristics of the original credential.

A compatibility assessment or quotation does not constitute a guarantee that a particular credential can be successfully duplicated.

3.4 Right to Refuse a Request

Card Smith Pro reserves the right to refuse or cancel a request where we reasonably believe that the requested service may be unauthorized, unlawful, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with the requirements of a property or access-control system.

3.5 Misuse

Card Smith Pro is not responsible for unauthorized use of a duplicated credential by a customer or third party where such use occurs outside the authorized purpose for which the credential was supplied.

4. Services Offered

Depending on compatibility and availability, Card Smith Pro may provide services including:

• Building Access Card Duplication
• Parking Access Card Duplication
• RFID Card and Key Fob Services
• UHF and Long-Range Access Card Services
• Garage Remote Services
• Gate Remote Services
• Bulk Card Duplication for authorized businesses and properties

Not every service is available for every access system. Customers may contact us for a compatibility check before placing an order.

5. Quotes and Pricing

Prices may vary depending on the type of card, technology, quantity, programming requirements, remote type, compatibility and other service requirements.

Any price displayed on our website or communicated through WhatsApp, phone, email or other channels should be considered an indication unless expressly confirmed as a final quotation.

Card Smith Pro reserves the right to change prices, service availability and promotional offers without prior notice.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment method agreed with Card Smith Pro before or at the time specified for the requested service.

Additional charges, where applicable, may be communicated to the customer before the relevant service is performed.

7. Doorstep and On-Site Service

Card Smith Pro may provide doorstep or on-site service in Dubai depending on availability, location, appointment scheduling and service requirements.

Service availability and arrival times may vary due to traffic, location, workload, technical assessment, customer availability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

Services are provided based on the information available at the time of service and the compatibility of the customer's original credential and access system.

Card Smith Pro does not guarantee that every access card, RFID credential, UHF device, key fob, garage remote or gate remote will be compatible with a particular system.

Where compatibility cannot be established in advance, the customer acknowledges that technical limitations may prevent successful duplication or programming.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Card Smith Pro shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses arising from unauthorized use of an access credential, loss of access, building or property disputes, employer disputes, third-party policies or access-control restrictions.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

10. Customer Information

When requesting a quote or service, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, service requirements and information relating to the access credential.

You agree that the information you provide should be accurate and sufficient for us to process your enquiry or provide the requested service.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Card Smith Pro name, branding, logos, website content, graphics, text, design elements and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Systems and Properties

Access cards and credentials may be issued, controlled or managed by third parties such as building management companies, property owners, employers, parking operators or access-control providers.

Card Smith Pro does not control third-party access systems and cannot guarantee continued functionality where a third party changes, disables, replaces or updates its access-control system.

13. Modification of Services and Terms

Card Smith Pro reserves the right to update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of its website or services at any time.

We may also update these Terms of Service when necessary. Updated terms will become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of our website or services after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
